Transition Update – August 25

As of Monday, August 25, 83% of employees who received an offer have signed their contract with Samsic Assistance Canada.


The operational management of Samsic Assistance and TSAS, together with the human resources teams from both parties, will meet during the day to review the offers that have not yet received a response. The objective is to better understand each employee’s individual situation (sick leave, vacation, maternity leave, etc.) and to decide on a possible extension of certain offers.


In parallel, Samsic and TSAS are planning the integration of all employees who will officially join the workforce on September 1, based on their respective training and qualifications. This step will also help identify any potential risks in order to anticipate the necessary solutions.
